Warum wählen?
Ihr unterstützt eure Fachschaft, die sich dadurch besser für eure Wünsche und Interessen im Zuge der Hochschulpolitik einsetzen kann, denn eine hohe Wahlbeteiligung legitimiert eure Vertreter*innen. Mehr darüber.

Wer darf wählen?
Alle Hauptfach-Studierenden sind wahlberechtigt.

Wie und Wann?
Vom 5. Juli 2022, 12 Uhr – 7. Juli 2022, 12 Uhr. Die Stimmabgabe wird erstmals als Online-Wahl stattfinden. Eure Wahlbenachrichtigung sowie Informationen zur elektronischen Stimmabgabe findet ihr im LMU Wahlportal.

Wer wird gewählt?
Die Studierendenvertretung eurer Fachschaft für die Amtszeit vom 01.10.2022 bis 30.09.2023. Auf unseren Social Media Kanälen werden die Kandidaten*innen vorgestellt.

Ansonsten gilt: Je höher die Wahlbeteiligung, umso größer ist unser aller Einfluss in der Hochschulpolitik und umso besser können eure Interessen vertreten werden!

Simon Dürrmeier, 6. Fachsemester – Bachelor Philosophie

Ich studiere im 6. Semester Philosophie und Informatik und bin seit Anfang meines Studiums in der Fachschaft tätig. Außerdem vertrete ich sie seit zwei Semestern im Konvent der Fachschaften und setze mich besonders für bessere Lehre ein. So habe ich beispielsweise letztes Jahr das Forum für gute Lehre organisiert, mich für eure Bedürfnisse während Corona eingesetzt, in diesem Rahmen eine Umfrage erstellt und ein Hybridkonzept miterarbeitet.
Mir ist es besonders wichtig, dass die Fachschaft weiterhin ein vielfältiges Programm an Veranstaltungen bietet. Denn besonders für die Philosophie gilt: Das Studium beginnt nicht erst im Hörsaal!

Magdalena Repac, 2. Fachsemester – Bachelor Philosophie

Leute sagen: „Die Studienzeit ist die schönste Zeit.“ Auf diesem Grundgedanken basiert die Fachschaft und ihre Arbeit. Sei es die persönliche, fachliche oder soziale Kompetenz, dafür stehen wir ein und fördern sie durch unsere Projekte und hochschulpolitisches Engagement. Damit die Uni ein Ort sein kann, an dem sich alle Studierenden wohl fühlen, werde ich mich vor allem für eure Anliegen und die sozialen und kreativen Projekte der Fachschaft einsetzen. Außerdem behalte ich stetig folgenden Ziele vor Augen: Die Qualität der Lehre und die allgemeine Zufriedenheit und Gleichberechtigung aller Studierenden. Zusammen machen wir unser Uni-Erlebnis unvergesslich.

Amin Aouragh, 2. Fachsemester – Bachelor Philosophie

Nach den bisherigen entbehrungsreichen Pandemiesemstern ist es nun besonders wichtig, dass die Studierendenschaft der Philosophie einen gemeinsamen Zusammenhalt entwickelt und die Gestaltung unseres Studiums in unseren Interessen mitbestimmt. Diese Stützpfeiler eines guten und bereichernden Studiums will ich für und mit euch weiter aufrechterhalten. Ich werde für eure Wünsche hochschulpolitisch einstehen und zusammen mit der Fachschaft versuchen, euer Studium über die Lehre hinaus zu bereichern.

Matthias Hong Phuoc Budesheim, 8. Fachsemester – Bachelor Philosophie

Philosophie ist Heimat. Mein Name ist Matthias Hong Phuoc Budesheim. Seit meinem ersten Semester bin ich bei der Fachschaft Philosophie. Ich bringe mit acht Semestern auf dem Konto eine langjährige Erfahrung mit. Seit einem Jahr durfte ich als gewählter Fachschaftssprecher in den Gremien des Fakultätsrates und im Fakultätsvorstand, Eure Stimme und Eure Interessen vertreten. Für mich ist Philosophie eine Blüte des gelebten Austausches. Ich freue mich, mit Euch Bekanntschaft zu machen und ein weiteres Jahr meine Erfahrung über alle Projekte und alles Ablaufen hinter den Kulissen einzubringen. Mein Ziel für kommendes Jahr ist, die Fachschaft zu einem Ort zu machen, an dem auch Ihr gerne ankommt und immer wieder zurückfindet. Sei es auch im vorangeschrittenen Semester zum ersten Mal ;)

Kevin Oliver Brüssow – Bachelor Philosophie

Zum Bild einer Fachschaft gehört es immer auch irgendwie, dass irgendwer dabei ist, der gefühlt schon viel zu lange mit dabei ist. Hallo, ich bin der Olly und ich bin schon viel zu lange mit dabei. Die Fachschaft war für mich immer ein Ort, um mich auszutauschen, zu engagieren und zu Socialisen. Mein Ziel ist es, jedem Studierenden diese Option zu bieten und durch unsere Projekte den Zusammenhalt der Studierendenschaft zu stärken und Menschen einander näher zu bringen. Du kennst mich? Dann wähl mich! Du kennst mich nicht? Dann wähl trotzdem!

Sarah Bischoff, 6. Fachsemester – Bachelor Philosophie

Philosophie – Ein brotloses Studium?
Viele Menschen – teilweise die eigenen Eltern – denken, dass wir mit unserem Studium sowieso nur Taxifahrer*innen werden können! Dass das überhaupt nicht stimmt, zeigen wir jedes Jahr mit unserer Veranstaltung „Berufsperspektiven“. Wir laden studierte Philosoph*innen für Vorträge ein, um Philosophie-Studierenden zu zeigen, dass es viele verschiedene und interessante mögliche Berufswege nach dem Studium gibt. In Zukunft möchte ich die Berufsperspektiven und sämtliche andere Projekte weiterhin mitorganisieren. Darum würde ich mich sehr über eure Stimme freuen!

Julius Eder, 2. Fachsemester – Bachelor Philosophie

Hej ihr Lieben!
Ich bin Julius, aktuell im zweiten Bachelor-Semester und ganz kurzentschlossen auf eurer Wahlliste. Ganz unten findet ihr mich. In meiner Freizeit studiere ich Physik, fahre Fahrrad und engagiere mich ehrenamtlich in einem Verein für interkulturellen Austausch und möchte auch ein wenig von diesem Geist in die Fakultät bringen. Deswegen möchte ich mich unter anderem dafür einsetzten, Kontakt mit Fachschaften anderer renommierter deutschsprachiger Universitäten aufzunehmen, um gemeinsam Projekte ähnlich dem Philosophiewochenende organisieren zu können, wodurch neue persönliche Kontakte und akademischer Austausch auch auf der Ebene der Studierenden angestoßen werden können.

Why vote?
You support your student council, which can then better advocate for your wishes and interests because a high voter turnout legitimizes your representatives. Read more.

Who can vote?
Every philosophy major is entitled to vote.

How and when?
From 5th July 2022, 12 noon, to 7th July 2022, 12 noon. Voting will take place for the first time as an online election. Your election notification, as well as information on electronic voting can be found at the LMU election portal.

Who is elected?
The student representatives of your student council for the term of office from 1st October 2022 to 30th September 2023. On our social media channels, the candidates will be presented.
Otherwise, the higher the voter turnout, the greater the influence we all have in university politics, and the better your interests can be represented!

Simon Dürrmeier, 6th Semester – Bachelor Philosophy

I study philosophy and computer science in my 6th semester and have been active in the student council since the beginning of my studies. In addition, I have represented it in the convent of student councils for two semesters and am particularly committed to better teaching. For example, last year, I organized the Forum for Good Teaching, advocated for your needs during Corona, developed a survey on teaching and participated in writing a hybrid concept for classes.
It is especially important to me that the student council offers a diverse program of events. Because especially for philosophy it is true that studying does not start in the lecture hall!

Magdalena Repac, 2nd Semester – Bachelor Philosophy

People say: “Your student years are the best years.” This motto is the basis for our student council. Be it personal, professional, or social competency; we want to help our fellow students grow by organizing projects and engaging in uni-politics. So that the uni can be a place all students can feel comfortable in, I aim to stand up for your requests and the student council’s social and creative projects. My main goals are to enhance the quality of the teaching and to accomplish the overall satisfaction and equality of all students. Together we’ll make our uni-experience unforgettable.

After the exhausting previous pandemic semester, it is now more important than ever that the student body of philosophy maintains a sense of community and continues to mold our studies after our own interests. I want to continue to uphold these basic pillars of successful and enriching studies and am glad and willing to do so for and with you all. I will try to advocate for your demands to influence university policies. Together with the student council, I will try to offer you experiences beyond the curriculum.

Philosophy is my spiritual home. My name is Matthias Hong Phuoc Budesheim. I have been with the Philosophy Student Council since my first semester. I bring eight terms of student experience with me. For the past year, I have had the privilege of representing your voice and interests as an elected representative on the Faculty Council and Faculty Executive Committee. For me, philosophy is a blossoming of lived exchange. I look forward to getting acquainted with you and contributing another year of my experience to all the projects and everything going on behind the scenes. It is always part of the image of a student council that someone is there who has been there for far too long. Hello, I’m Olly, and I’ve been a member for far too long. The student council has always been a place for me to exchange ideas, get involved, and socialize. Philosophy - A jobless Subject?
Many people – partly their own parents – think that we can only become taxi drivers with our studies anyway! That this is not true at all, we show every year with our event “Career Perspectives.” We invite studied philosophers for lectures to show philosophy students that there are many different and exciting possible career options after graduation. In the future, I would like to continue to help organize the “Career Perspectives” and many other projects. Therefore, I would be very happy about your vote!

Julius Eder, 2nd Semester – Bachelor Philosophy

Hello everyone!
My name is Julius. I’m currently in the second semester of my bachelor’s degree and spontaneously decided to run in this election. When I’m not busy doing philosophy-related stuff, I use my free time to study physics, ride my bicycle, and volunteer for an intercultural exchange organization. I want to bring this spirit into the faculty. Therefore, I want to contact the student councils of other renowned universities in the German-speaking area to organize projects together to form new contacts, get to know how other universities work, and start academic exchange.
